Role Description The Area Manager role is a full-time, on-site position for multiple stores withinKuwait. He will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that company standards, targets, and policies are consistently met. Key responsibilities include managing, guidingmonitoring performance metrics, optimizing workflows, and addressing operational issues promptly. The role also involves coordinating with senior leadership, preparing regular reports, supporting budget and resource planning, and driving initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and business efficiency. The Area Manager will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain compliance, implement best practices, and support sustainable growth in the area. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in area or regional management, multi-site supervision, or similar leadership roles. Strong skills in team leadership, performance management, and staff development. Proficiency in operational planning, process improvement, and problem-solving. Solid understanding of budgeting, basic financial controls, and resource allocation. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Ability to work on-site in Salmiya, with flexibility to visit multiple locations as needed. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through. Comfort using standard office software and digital tools for reporting and analysis. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in the Kuwait market or regional operations is an advantage. Show more Show less
