Position Summary ExeQut is hiring an experienced, Arabic-speaking Business Consultant – Target Operating Model & Business Processes for a 6-month project in Riyadh, you will design target operating models, optimize business processes, and develop the policies and procedures that help our clients run more effectively. What You Will Do Develop and implement Target Operating Models (TOM) aligned with client strategy Map, analyze and reengineer business processes (As-Is / To-Be) Develop policies, procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Design organizational structures, governance frameworks and RACI matrices Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements and drive alignment Present findings and recommendations to client leadership Required Qualifications 5+ years of relevant business consulting experience Proven experience developing and implementing Target Operating Models Strong experience in business process mapping, analysis and reengineering Expertise in developing policies, procedures and SOPs Experience in organizational design, governance frameworks and RACI matrices Strong stakeholder management, analytical and consulting skills Fluent Arabic speaker (required) Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Preferred Qualifications Experience with public sector or large enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia Experience with process modelling tools such as Visio, ARIS or BPMN Certifications such as PMP, CBAP or Lean Six Sigma What We Offer Competitive compensation Exposure to high-impact projects with leading clients in Saudi Arabia Work alongside experienced consulting leadership A collaborative, growth-oriented culture If you're a consultant who turns complex operations into clear, efficient ways of working, we'd love to have you on board.
