Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing role for fresh graduates, based in Qesm El Maadi. The Telemarketing team member will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce SoftTrend’s software licensing and IT services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up conversations or meetings for the sales team. Daily tasks include explaining product benefits, answering basic inquiries, documenting call outcomes in the CRM system, and following structured scripts while adapting to customer needs. The role also involves maintaining a professional and courteous tone, collaborating with sales and customer service colleagues, and achieving individual and team targets related to lead generation and client outreach. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in lead generation and basic sales to identify potential clients and support revenue growth. Candidates should possess strong customer service and customer support skills to handle inquiries and ensure a positive caller experience. Candidates should possess clear and confident communication skills, including active listening and the ability to explain solutions simply. Ability to learn product and service details quickly and present them accurately over the phone. Comfort with high-volume calling and working with call scripts, CRM tools, and basic office software. Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a structured, on-site environment in Qesm El Maadi. Fresh graduates from any discipline are welcome; studies in business, marketing, or IT are an advantage but not required. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic is beneficial.
