Revenue Coordinator

At DAMAC Hotels & Resorts, we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Coordinator to support our Revenue Management team in driving business performance and maximizing revenue opportunities across our hospitality portfolio. Working closely with the Director of Revenue, you will play a key role in revenue reporting, forecasting support, rate management, market analysis, and ensuring accuracy across revenue and distribution systems. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, including pickup, occupancy, RevPAR, and performance analysis. Monitor booking pace, demand trends, market conditions, and competitor rates to support revenue optimisation. Assist with forecasting, revenue trend monitoring, and data validation. Update rate strategies, pricing plans, inventory, and yield restrictions in line with the Director of Revenue’s guidance. Support revenue and commercial meetings through report preparation, meeting packs, minutes, and follow-up actions. Coordinate with Reservations, Distribution, and other relevant departments to ensure accurate revenue information and system integrity. Support rate loading, parity checks, and distribution mapping across hotel and holiday home platforms. Assist with OTA commission reconciliation and maintain accurate inventory across distribution channels, including Airbnb. Support the Business Analyst and Distribution Manager with reporting, analysis, and operational requirements. Undertake additional revenue and reservations-related responsibilities as required. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of hospitality industry experience, preferably in Revenue, Reservations, or Distribution. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and report generation. Strong knowledge of OPERA PMS; experience with revenue management systems is an advantage. Previous experience as a Revenue Analyst, Reservations Analyst, or Reservations Executive is preferred. Understanding of revenue reporting, forecasting, rate management, and distribution channels. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
