QA Tester

Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team in Dubai, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products before release. This role plays a critical part in identifying defects early, improving product stability, and enhancing overall user experience. Key Responsibilities Design, document, and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across web and/or mobile applications Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools, and verify fixes Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and release readiness reviews Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test data Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide clear defect reports Required Skills Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes Experience with manual testing; familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is a plus Proficiency in using bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, agile teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field ISTQB certification or equivalent QA certification is preferred Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC processes Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation is an advantage Experience Requirement 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles Experience testing web and/or mobile applications in an agile environment preferred Location / Work Mode Dubai Emirate, United Arab Emirates — On-site Salary / Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Health insurance and standard UAE employment benefits Opportunities for professional development and certification support Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment Show more Show less
