About the Role We are looking for a presentable, professional, and experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee the day to day operations of our luxury hospitality properties The role goes beyond traditional facilities supervision. You will be responsible for the overall guest experience and smooth operation of the property, including guest relations, employee supervision, maintenance coordination, inspections, scheduling, problem solving, and ensuring the property is always maintained to a high luxury standard Our properties cater to high end guests, so professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and a strong service mindset are essential Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for guests during their stay Welcome guests professionally and ensure their needs are handled promptly Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints and ensure effective solutions Supervise and coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and other operational teams Schedule employees and assign daily tasks according to operational requirements Monitor employee performance, attendance, and work quality Coordinate with the maintenance team during property inspections Identify maintenance, cleanliness, and facility issues before they affect guests Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance and ensure timely resolution Conduct regular property inspections to ensure everything is clean, functional, safe, and guest ready Coordinate with contractors and external service providers when required Resolve operational problems quickly and professionally Support employees in resolving workplace or operational issues Ensure the property maintains a consistently high level of presentation and service Maintain daily operational and maintenance reports Report important issues, incidents, and updates to management Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety standards, and operational requirements Take overall responsibility for the smooth day to day operation of the property Requirements Experience in 4 star or 5 star hotels, luxury hospitality, resorts, serviced apartments, or high end private properties Strong experience supervising employees and technical or maintenance teams Good understanding of facility and maintenance operations Strong guest relations and customer service skills Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities Strong communication and leadership skills Must be fluent in English Professional, presentable, responsible, and confident personality Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with demanding guests or unexpected operational issues Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for the overall operation of the property Show more Show less
