Senior ConTech Consultant | Procore Delivery (French & English)

Team: ConTech – Procore Delivery Reports to: Sr. ConTech Implementation Lead Location: Cairo festival, Egypt (Hybrid) Start: Immediate About the Role the company is a Procore-certified implementation partner working with contractors, developers and asset owners across MENA, KSA, UK, Ireland, North America and India. The Senior ConTech Consultant will lead Procore implementations from kick-off to go-live, serving as the main client point of contact. Requires professional fluency in French and English. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end Procore implementations (kick-off → discovery → configuration → go-live → hypercare) Run discovery & design workshops; map client PM, document control, quality, safety and financial processes into Procore Configure company/project-level settings, permission templates, workflows and tools Plan and oversee data migration and ERP integrations Deliver role-based and train-the-trainer sessions in French & English Own delivery plans, status reporting, risks and scope control Mentor ConTech Consultants and review their work Contribute to implementation methodology, templates and knowledge base What They’re Looking For Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent 7+ years in construction/project controls/ConTech — including 3+ years delivering Procore implementations Strong knowledge of Procore PM, Quality & Safety, and Financial Management (certifications preferred) Solid understanding of RFIs, submittals, drawings, inspections, change events and budgets Experience leading client workshops and managing multiple projects simultaneously Data migration and ERP integration experience is a strong plus Professional fluency in French & English (written & spoken) — Arabic is a plus Willing to travel to client sites if you're interested kindly send your cv to [redacted email] Show more Show less
