On behalf of World famous ICT company - Huawei, we are looking for a results-driven Region Manager to lead sales operations and business growth across Upper Egypt.
Key Responsibilities
Drive regional sales, revenue, and market share targets.
Manage dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
Expand retail coverage and identify new business opportunities.
Monitor sales, inventory, pricing, market trends, and competitors.
Ensure effective execution of launches, promotions, and merchandising.
Lead and develop the regional sales team.
Conduct regular market visits and ensure strong retail execution.
Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and After-Sales teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in mobile phones, consumer electronics, telecom, or FMCG.
Experience in channel, dealer, distributor, or IR sales.
Strong knowledge of the Upper Egypt market and retail network.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Upper Egypt.
