We’re Hiring | Accommodation & Fleet Coordinator
EMAR Saudi for Energy Works Co. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Accommodation & Fleet Coordinator to support our daily accommodation and transportation operations in Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up daily on employee accommodation, including check-ins, cleanliness, and maintenance requests.
Handle vehicle handover and return, and record mileage and traffic violations.
Organize staff and worker transportation to project sites.
Keep accommodation and fleet records updated in Excel.
Coordinate with workshops and service providers when needed.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in accommodation, transportation, or fleet operations.
Valid Saudi driving license.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in the field and move between sites.
