Transformation Manager - Global Markets & Trade

Job Description – Transformation Manager (Global Markets & Trade) Experience: 7–12 Years Industry: Banking / Financial Services Role: Business Transformation / Project Management Key Responsibilities & Requirements Lead end-to-end banking transformation initiatives across Trade Finance, Global Markets, FX, Treasury, and Cross-Border Solutions. Strong knowledge of Trade Finance products: Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Documentary Collections, Supply Chain Finance (SCF), and Working Capital Solutions. Good understanding of Global Markets products: FX Spot, Forwards, Swaps, Hedging, and Liquidity Solutions. Experience in Trade Finance digitization, process redesign, operating model transformation, and workflow automation. Manage business requirements (BRD/BRS), user stories, UAT, implementation, and benefits realization. Coordinate with Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Global Markets, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams. Knowledge of SWIFT, AML, sanctions screening, APIs, and Straight-Through Processing (STP). Drive improvements in FX conversion, trade revenue, turnaround time, client experience, and operational efficiency. Strong experience in project governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and executive reporting. Preferred Candidate A business-focused Transformation Manager / Project Manager with strong Trade Finance knowledge, practical FX/Treasury exposure, and proven experience delivering cross-functional banking transformation projects.
