Instrumentation & Telecom Completion Engineer

🚀 We’re Hiring an Instrumentation & Telecom Completion Engineer! 🚀 Do you have a strong eye for detail and solid experience in instrumentation and telecom systems completion? We’re looking for an Instrumentation & Telecom Completion Engineer to join the Systems Completion – Validation Team and make sure instrumentation and telecom handover data is accurate, complete and ready for turnover. 📍 Location: Middle East 📄 Contract: Full-time Your Responsibilities: Instrumentation & Telecom Handover Review: Review instrumentation and telecom handover dossiers for completeness and compliance. Check that all completion records, certificates, ITRs, punch lists and supporting documents are ready for handover. Review test records for correctness and sign-off, including: Instrument calibration Loop checks Cable continuity and insulation tests Telecom system functional checks Work with Construction, QA/QC, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning teams to close documentation gaps. Make sure handover packages follow project turnover procedures and client requirements. Track handover readiness and report on progress. Instrumentation & Telecom Tag Validation: Validate tag lists against approved engineering deliverables, including: P&IDs Instrument index and datasheets Loop diagrams and hook-up drawings Instrument and telecom cable schedules Telecom block diagrams and equipment lists Instrument and telecom layout drawings Check tag accuracy, naming conventions and system/subsystem allocation for instruments, control and safety system components, telecom equipment and cables. Find missing, duplicate, void and wrongly assigned tags. Review engineering revisions and update databases to match. Work with Engineering and Digital Twin teams on tag discrepancies and change requests. Keep tag data accurate and consistent in Hexagon Smart Completions (HSC). What We’re Looking For: 🎓 Degree in Instrumentation, Control, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent. 💼 Strong knowledge of Systems Completion processes, including tag management, systemization and turnover with minimum of 5 years of experience. ⭐ Key requirement: Hands-on experience with Hexagon Smart Completions (HSC). 📡 Technical skills: Good understanding of P&IDs, instrument indexes, loop diagrams, hook-up drawings and telecom system documentation, plus familiarity with instrument calibration, loop checking and DCS/SIS/F&G completion requirements. 💻 Proficiency in Excel and database management. 🤝 Soft skills: Strong analytical and document review skills, and good communication and coordination. 🚀 Ready to take on the challenge? 🌍 Become a Celes’Talent — ready to shape the future with us? ➡️Celestal-Life Show more Show less
