Senior Officer, Operational Resilience

Job Description Support the implementation and maintenance of Operational Resilience activities, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), plan maintenance, testing, simulation exercises, incident monitoring, and remediation activities. Assist in maintaining, updating, and validating Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to identify critical business services, systems, recovery priorities, and dependencies. Participate in coordinating recovery and restoration activities during business disruption incidents under the guidance of management. Coordinate with business units to identify changes in business operations, systems, vendors, and processes that may impact operational resilience requirements. Assist in the review and update of operational resilience documentation, procedures, and records to ensure completeness and compliance. Support business units by providing guidance and assistance on operational resilience requirements, plans, and testing activities. Assist in the execution and documentation of resilience testing exercises and follow up on identified observations and action plans. Prepare reports, presentations, and management information related to operational resilience activities. Maintain records and documentation related to operational resilience, business continuity, and incident management activities. Support document and procedure control activities to ensure consistency of the Operational Resilience Program. Participate in offsite operational resilience activities and provide support during incidents when required. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Show more Show less
