Barista

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Bahrain. The Barista prepares and serves a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. Responsibilities include operating coffee machines and related equipment, handling food preparation for light snacks, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and seating area, and monitoring inventory of ingredients and supplies. The Barista greets guests, takes orders accurately, processes payments, and provides friendly, efficient customer service that aligns with the park’s entertainment-focused atmosphere. The role also involves working as part of a team to support peak hours, special events, and overall café operations. Qualifications Candidates should possess Barista skills, including experience operating coffee equipment and preparing a range of espresso-based and specialty beverages. Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills to safely prepare and present light snacks or café menu items according to hygiene and quality standards. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to interact positively with guests of all ages in a busy entertainment environment. Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to take orders accurately, explain menu items, and coordinate with team members and supervisors. Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices is beneficial. Ability to stand for extended periods, work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; barista or hospitality training is an advantage.
