A Dry Cleaner is responsible for cleaning, pressing, and maintaining guest garments, hotel uniforms, linens, and other fabric items to hotel quality standards. The role ensures timely laundry and dry-cleaning services while maintaining excellent guest satisfaction and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities Operate dry-cleaning, washing, drying, and pressing machines Clean and press guest clothing, staff uniforms, and hotel linens Inspect garments for stains, damage, or special handling instructions Apply stain-removal treatments using proper chemicals and techniques Sort items according to fabric type, color, and cleaning method Fold, package, and deliver cleaned garments to guests or departments Maintain laundry equipment and report any malfunctions Ensure proper usage and storage of laundry chemicals Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area Handle guest requests professionally and promptly Keep records of guest laundry and dry-cleaning orders Requirements & Skills Previous experience in hotel laundry or dry-cleaning preferred Knowledge of fabric care and stain-removal techniques Ability to operate laundry and pressing equipment Good attention to detail and time management Basic communication skills Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift laundry loads Not the right fit?
