🎯 What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in Telesales / Sales
Previous experience leading or supervising a sales team
Strong English communication skills
Excellent coaching, negotiation, and leadership skills
Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve KPIs
Real estate or international sales experience is a plus
💼 Your Role
Lead, coach, and motivate the telesales team
Monitor daily performance, KPIs, and sales targets
Support the team in handling objections and closing deals
Track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline performance
Drive productivity and achieve team goals
