We are seeking talented Property Consultants and Senior Property Consultants who are passionate about sales, building client relationships, and achieving outstanding results. Key Responsibilities - Generate and develop new business opportunities and client relationships. - Handle incoming leads and understand clients' property requirements. - Present suitable property options based on clients' budgets and preferences. - Arrange property viewings and guide clients throughout the buying process. - Negotiate offers, handle objections, and successfully close deals. - Maintain consistent follow-up with potential and existing clients. - Build and maintain a strong client database. - Achieve individual monthly sales targets. - Stay updated on real estate market trends and available properties. Job Requirements - Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales. - Previous experience in El Tagamo and/or El Sahel is required. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong sales and closing abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. - Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented.
