Technological Ability Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software. Machine Operation Operate all steps and activities for a required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable. Maintenance Practice Knowledge in the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in NAPCO’s maintenance practices. Occupational Health and Safety Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO. Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures, to protect humans, property and prevent Market losses.
