Sales Executive – Credit Cards / Personal Loans Location: UAE Industry: Banking / Financial Services Function: Sales / Retail Banking Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a target-driven Sales Executive – Credit Cards / Personal Loans to acquire new customers, promote banking products, and achieve assigned sales targets. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell credit cards and personal loan products to eligible customers. Generate leads through field sales, referrals, networking, databases, and customer interactions. Explain product features, eligibility, fees, interest rates, repayment terms, and documentation requirements. Assist customers with application forms and required supporting documents. Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, credit, and bank documentation requirements. Follow up on applications through approval, disbursement, or card issuance. Achieve monthly sales targets and assigned KPIs. Maintain an active sales pipeline and update customer records in CRM systems. Build strong customer relationships and support repeat/referral business. Cross-sell relevant banking products where appropriate. Maintain ethical sales practices and follow bank policies and regulatory guidelines. Requirements Previous experience in banking sales, financial services, credit cards, personal loans, or retail banking preferred. Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills. Target-driven with the ability to work independently. Good understanding of customer documentation and basic KYC requirements. Experience in field sales / direct sales is an advantage. UAE banking or DSA experience is preferred. Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
