Head of Growth & Commercial Planning (Fashion E-commerce)

About the Role Malabisy is seeking an experienced Head of Commercial & Growth to lead our Commercial and Marketing departments, drive profitability, and oversee business growth across marketplace, retail, and private-label fashion. We are looking for a strategic, data-driven leader who can manage teams while remaining hands-on in key commercial negotiations and business decisions. Key Responsibilities * Commercial Strategy: Drive revenue growth, improve profit margins, and manage commercial budgets and profitability. * Retail Buying: Oversee buying strategies, supplier negotiations, pricing, payment terms, purchasing budgets, and inventory planning. * Marketplace Management: Lead vendor relationships, negotiate commission structures, and improve vendor profitability. * Production & Costing: Work with the Production Manager to optimize manufacturing costs, negotiate supplier and factory agreements, and manage production budgets. * Marketing Leadership: Oversee media buying, creative strategy, influencer marketing, and advertising budget allocation. * Data & Forecasting: Analyze sales and marketing performance, identify winning products, forecast demand, and guide purchasing decisions. * Team Management: Lead Commercial and Marketing teams, establish KPIs, manage hiring budgets, and participate in recruitment and salary negotiations. Requirements * 7+ years of experience in commercial management, retail, e-commerce, or related leadership roles. * Proven experience in supplier negotiations, buying, and profitability management. * Strong understanding of performance marketing, budgeting, and commercial analytics. * Experience managing teams and departmental budgets. * Strong analytical, financial planning, negotiation, and leadership skills. * Fashion retail, marketplace, or garment production experience is highly preferred.
