Steward

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Steward to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas. The successful candidate will support the kitchen team by ensuring all utensils, equipment, and workspaces are clean, organized, and ready for use. Key Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and dishwashing areas. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards. Collect and dispose of kitchen waste properly. Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized. Assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning and preparation tasks when needed. Follow all company policies and safety procedures. Requirements Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role is preferred. Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required. Show more Show less
