Accountant - Boursah Kuwait Listing

We're Hiring: Part-Time Accountant – Boursa Kuwait Listing Kuwait City, Kuwait Part-Time JGulf Group is looking for an experienced part-time accountant to support the company's preparation for listing on Boursa Kuwait. You will work closely with management, external auditors and advisors to make sure the company meets all financial and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and review financial statements in line with IFRS, ready for audit and listing • Coordinate with external auditors to complete audited financial statements • Prepare the financial information and documents required by the CMA and Boursa Kuwait • Work with the listing advisor on the prospectus, valuation and financial disclosures • Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies and procedures to listed-company standards • Support consolidation of financial statements across group companies • Advise management on post-listing reporting and disclosure obligations Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • Proven experience listing at least one company on Boursa Kuwait (essential) • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in audit or a listed company in Kuwait • Strong knowledge of IFRS, CMA regulations and Boursa Kuwait listing rules • Experience with consolidated financial statements • CPA, ACCA or CMA certification is a strong advantage • Fluent in Arabic and English Working Arrangement: • Part-time with flexible hours • Mix of office and remote work #Hiring #Accountant #BoursaKuwait #Kuwait #IFRS #PartTime #FinanceJobs Show more Show less
