Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shuwaikh for a Building Materials and Paint Sales Officer. The role involves promoting and selling construction materials and building paints to contractors, retailers, and project owners, while maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, preparing quotations, following up on orders and deliveries, and providing technical product information and guidance to customers. The Sales Officer will collaborate with the sales team and management to meet revenue targets, support showroom activities, and participate in product demonstrations and training sessions. The role also includes handling customer inquiries, resolving basic issues, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment. Candidates should possess abilities in Sales Management and Training to support sales processes, guide junior staff, and contribute to team performance. Knowledge of construction materials, building paints, and related applications is highly beneficial. Experience in showroom or field sales, preferably in the building materials or construction sector, is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Shuwaikh, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple customer accounts. Basic proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools; fluency in English, with Arabic language skills considered an asset. Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Show more Show less
