Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager leads the Marketing team, shaping Klybeck's brand, product strategy, and technical promotion to support sales growth. Job description Develop and deliver the annual marketing plan and budget for all product lines. Lead, coach and evaluate two Product Managers, one Marketing Specialist and one Junior Product Pharmacist. Define product positioning, pricing strategy and life-cycle plans with the Product Managers. Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, scientific seminars, farmer meetings and exhibitions. Oversee technical and promotional materials, digital channels and brand guidelines. Work closely with Sales to provide market insights, sales tools and training for the field force. Run market research and competitor analysis, and track campaign return on investment. Ensure all promotional content complies with SFDA and company regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or Pharmacy; a postgraduate degree in Marketing or an MBA is a plus. 8–10 years of experience in animal health or pharma, including at least 5 years in product or marketing management. Experience leading a team of product managers or marketing professionals. Strong strategic marketing, scientific communication and budget management skills. Good understanding of the poultry and livestock markets in Saudi Arabia. Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent presentation skills. Show more Show less
