Job Title: Senior Recruiter – Hospitality (Minimum 5 Years Experience) Employment Type: Full-time Location: Cairo Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly connected Senior Hospitality Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and hiring top-tier talent across all levels of hospitality management and operations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse hospitality roles (from executive management to specialized culinary and guest services staff). • Build and maintain a strong network and pipeline of active and passive hospitality professionals. • Collaborate closely with department heads and property general managers to understand their specific staffing needs and operational dynamics. • Source candidates using advanced recruiter tools, industry networks, and hospitality-specific job boards. • Conduct rigorous interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, service ethos, and cultural fit. • Oversee the onboarding process and ensure a premium candidate experience from initial contact to the first day on the job. Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience as a recruiter specifically within the hospitality industry (Hotels, Resorts, F&B, or Luxury Hospitality). • Proven track record of successfully hiring for senior management and specialized hospitality roles. • Deep understanding of hospitality operations, peak seasons, and staffing metrics. • Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and creative sourcing methodologies. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume recruiting cycles when needed.
