The organization values innovation, reliability, and long-term relationships, offering team members the opportunity to work with advanced technologies and varied projects. 🔹 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: ✅ Work with the team to deliver secondary engineering design packages in line with the agreed delivery timescales and budget. ✅ Perform / Review calculation and analysis for sizing of equipment in compliance with applicable international standards and norms. ✅ Design and develop protection system drawings and SLD’s depicting the arrangement and interconnections of protection equipment. ✅ Ability to design, check and integrate basic and detailed schematic diagrams and component design with specialized software for the control and protection panels. ✅ Perform calculations for relay settings and produce comprehensive protection settings reports. ✅ Perform the sizing of the secondary DC cables. ✅ Review & adjust interlocking scheme design ✅ Perform & review CT and CVT for designing of substations systems ✅ To prepare technical and requisition specifications, data sheets and inspection data sheets for secondary equipment’s. ✅ To perform Technical Evaluations for secondary equipment and providing recommendations in the final selection of equipment. ✅ To check and monitor the supplier documentation and manufacturing and testing process. ✅ Participate in cost reduction and optimized design during project execution. ✅ Monitoring of the engineering delivery progress for its own deliverables, including obtaining the needed input on time so timely delivery is guaranteed. ✅ Coordinate design activities with other departments (Networks, Transmission Line & other as applicable). 🔹 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: ✔️Degree in Electrical/Power Engineering ✔️Design experience with HV Substations 3-5 years (Protestation, control, telecom, SAS & DC systems) ✔️ Familiar with AutoCAD / Micro station ✔️ Good knowledge of ETAP, / DEGsilent Show more Show less
