Role Description The Sales Representative Engineer (Flexo-Corrugated Machines) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza, Egypt. This role involves identifying and engaging potential customers in the flexographic, rotogravure, flexible packaging, and corrugated sectors, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting technical and commercial presentations, understanding customer production needs, proposing suitable machinery solutions, and preparing quotations and proposals. The Sales Representative Engineer will follow up on leads, negotiate contracts within company guidelines, coordinate with internal technical and logistics teams, and monitor market trends and competitor activity. The role also includes visiting customer sites, attending industry events, and providing ongoing after-sales support in coordination with service teams. Qualifications Strong technical knowledge of flexographic, rotogravure, machinery, with the ability to understand production processes and equipment specifications. Sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing deals in an industrial or B2B environment. Customer relationship and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, manage accounts, and provide clear technical and commercial information. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and address technical or operational issues. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Printing/Packaging Engineering, or a related technical field.
