Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline) from a recognized university.
Minimum of 5 years of overall work experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
Must have relevant working experience in Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects, preferably within EPC or electrical construction environments.
Strong knowledge of HSE standards, occupational safety regulations, risk assessment, and hazard identification.
Experience in conducting site safety inspections, toolbox talks, safety training, incident investigations, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Ability to ensure compliance with project safety procedures, company HSE policies, and applicable statutory requirements.
A valid membership with the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) is mandatory.
Candidates currently available in Kuwait are preferred.
