Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at EgyProperty is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will support clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, including conducting property viewings, advising on market conditions, and guiding clients through the full transaction process. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new leads, managing listings, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and property details. The role also involves negotiating offers, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring all activities comply with applicable real estate regulations and company standards. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality customer service, represent EgyProperty professionally, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate regulations and practices. Candidates should possess skills in Sales and the ability to manage Real Property transactions effectively. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including client communication, relationship building, and problem-solving. Candidates should possess familiarity with local New Cairo real estate market trends and property valuation. Candidates should possess strong negotiation, presentation, and time management skills. Candidates should possess proficiency with basic digital tools and real estate listing platforms. Relevant experience in residential or commercial real estate is beneficial.
