The Role We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive – Printing Section to join our Dubai team and drive sales growth by acquiring new clients and developing existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities in the printing industry. You will be responsible for promoting our printing services, understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, and converting enquiries into successful sales. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for printing services across the UAE market. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and client visits. Promote the company's printing solutions to potential customers across relevant industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable printing solutions based on their needs and budgets. Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the relevant internal teams. Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and prospective clients to convert leads into confirmed orders. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in line with company policies. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Coordinate with the design, production, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and orders are delivered smoothly. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals. About You 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management. Experience in printing, digital printing, large-format printing, signage, advertising, or a related industry is highly preferred. Good understanding of printing products, services, and customer requirements is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A proactive and target-oriented approach to sales and lead generation. Ability to identify customer needs, develop business relationships, and close sales. Strong follow-up, organisation, and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM systems. Previous experience in the UAE market is an advantage.
