Telesales Team Lead ( Experience in Training Sector is A MUST )

Role Description This full-time Telesales Team Lead role is an on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves supervising and guiding a telesales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for training programs and services. The Telesales Team Lead will plan and allocate daily calling activities, monitor performance, provide real-time coaching, and ensure adherence to scripts and quality standards. Responsibilities include supporting team members in handling complex customer inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and preparing regular sales and performance reports. The role also requires close collaboration with training and marketing teams to align telesales efforts with current offerings, campaigns, and customer needs, while actively contributing to process improvements and training of new team members. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage prospects, build rapport, and address inquiries professionally. Demonstrated Team Leadership and Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance monitoring, and motivating telesales representatives. Proven Sales experience, preferably in the training or education sector, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in the training sector is essential, with solid understanding of training products, programs, and client needs. Proficiency in using CRM and telesales tools, and confidence in working with data and reports. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
