In this role, you will represent multi-million-dirham ready properties, build strong relationships with high-net-worth sellers and buyers, and take advantage of a fast-track pathway to a Team Lead role as you scale your portfolio and team. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Source, list, and sell high-end secondary market properties across Dubai’s top master communities. Represent luxury properties to UHNW and HNW clients with discretion and professionalism. Build and maintain strong ongoing relationships with property owners, private investors, and buyers. Conduct high-end property viewings, private tours, and client consultations. Advise clients on secondary market valuations, yield trends, and resale strategies. Negotiate and close high-value secondary market transactions. Mentor junior agents and prepare for team leadership responsibilities as the department expands. 📌 Requirements: Proven track record in real estate sales, with a strong focus on secondary/resale listings (Dubai experience highly preferred). Strong network of property owners, buyers, and investor clients. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or French is a strong plus).
