Inside Sales Representative(Tobacco)

Greet customers and initiate conversations with the objective of marketing and selling store products. Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services Cross-sell products Ensure racks are fully stocked Manage returns of merchandise Inform customers about discounts and special offers Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems. Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up to date with new products/services Under direct supervision, develop and manage customer relationships all the sales, marketing, and business development activities as assigned by the direct supervisor. Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers. May discuss with them to understand their needs and preferences related to products and merchandise. Clarifies customer’s queries about products and merchandise. Co-ordinate all the aspects of order management (shipping, delivery, costing, etc.). Identify new business opportunities. May coordinate, track and follow-up on all activities related to the order, upsell, schedule, etc. to ensure the processing of received orders effectively. Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts. May demonstrate and explain merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs. Participate in new product development and brand development. Update status related to sales, proposals, schedule, prospects, etc. to the reporting Manager. Participate in exhibitions, conferences, community events, and promotional events related to products or technologies. Performs other duties as assigned by the reporting Manager. Show more Show less
