We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Residential Leasing Agent to join our growing team and drive residential leasing operations. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure potential tenants for residential properties across target neighborhoods in Doha. Property Showings: Conduct professional on-site property viewings and present property features and terms clearly to prospective clients. Lease Negotiation & Closing: Handle end-to-end lease negotiations, ensure compliance with landlord guidelines, and finalize tenancy agreements. Brokerage Operations & CRM: Execute day-to-day brokerage standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain updated records of listings, leads, and client interactions using our CRM system. Market Expertise: Stay up to date on Doha’s residential market trends, rental yields, and neighborhood insights to deliver expert advice to clients. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the real estate industry, specifically in residential leasing within Doha’s market. Legal & Work Status: Must possess a valid and transferable Qatar ID (QID) and a valid Qatar driving license. System Proficiency: Hands-on experience with standard brokerage operations and CRM real estate platforms. Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills; fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
