We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented professional to join our team and support product registration, regulatory compliance, and artwork management. Role Description We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs & Artwork Specialist to manage the registration of medical and healthcare products and ensure that all product packaging, labeling, and artwork comply with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Handle medical product registration and approvals with the Ministry of Health and relevant regulatory authorities. Prepare, submit, and follow up on product registration documents. Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and guidelines. Create, review, and modify product artwork, packaging, and labeling. Ensure that product information, claims, and labeling meet regulatory standards. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain required documentation. Maintain accurate records of product registrations, approvals, and renewals. Follow up with regulatory authorities to ensure timely completion of registration procedures. Qualifications & Requirements Medical Sciences, or a related field; Pharmacy graduates are preferred. Previous experience in medical product registration and regulatory affairs. Knowledge of Kuwait Ministry of Health registration procedures and requirements. Experience in product artwork, packaging, and labeling. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.
