Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tailor role based in Arjan, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Tailor will perform custom tailoring, dressmaking, fittings, alterations, and repairs for uniforms, workwear, scrubs, and related garments. Day-to-day tasks include taking accurate measurements, adjusting garments to required specifications, maintaining garment quality standards, and preparing items for timely delivery. The role involves interacting with clients and staff during fittings, advising on adjustments, and ensuring a professional, customer-focused experience. The Tailor will also support inventory-related garment preparation, collaborate with the team on bulk orders, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Tailoring and Dressmaking skills, including alterations and repairs for a variety of garments. Candidates should possess accurate Fitting skills, including measuring, pinning, and adjusting uniforms and workwear. Candidates should possess effective Customer Service and Communication skills to support client fittings and inquiries. Experience in uniform tailoring or workwear production is beneficial. Ability to work on-site full-time in Dubai, UAE, and manage multiple orders with attention to detail. Basic knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and use of industrial sewing equipment is preferred. Previous experience in a tailoring shop, uniform supplier, or related environment is an advantage. Show more Show less
