Job Title: Creative Director, Events Company: GROWTH Location: United Arab Emirates (GCC-wide scope) Workplace Type: Hybrid (remote considered for candidates outside the UAE) Employment Type: Full-time Seniority Level: Director ________________________________________ About the Role: We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative vision behind events, festivals, exhibitions, and brand experiences across the UAE and GCC. You will take a brief, develop the big idea, and guide the team in turning it into creative immersive event environments that audiences remember. What You’ll Do: • Lead creative concepts for events, festivals, exhibitions, pavilions, activations, and corporate experiences. • Develop storytelling, spatial concepts, and end-to-end event journeys. • Lead and mentor 3D designers from concept to final visuals and presentations. • Translate client briefs into creative, practical, and visually striking experiences. • Present concepts with confidence to clients and senior stakeholders. • Collaborate with strategy, account, design, and production teams. What You’ll Bring: • 7+ years of experience in events, experiential, exhibitions, or creative industries. • Strong events and 3D design background. • Proven experience working in the UAE/GCC. • A strong portfolio of events, experiential environments, exhibitions, or large-scale installations. • Excellent conceptual, presentation, and creative leadership skills. Nice to Have: • Experience with government, semi-government, or major corporate clients. • Arabic language skills.
