Role Description: The Retail Assistant Manager – Mansoura Branch is a full-time, on-site role based in Markaz El Mansoura in front of Mansoura University. This role supports the branch manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and presentation. Responsibilities include supervising sales staff, organizing product displays, monitoring inventory levels, and helping implement sales strategies. The Retail Assistant Manager will address customer inquiries and concerns, support training and coaching of team members, and help maintain store policies and procedures. The role also involves contributing to sales targets, preparing basic reports, and fostering a welcoming and professional in-store environment. Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills. Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Sales.
