Hiring “Leasing Director” for our reputed Property Development company in Qatar

Competency Level: Ø Education: · Masters/ Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing or a related field. Ø Experience: Job Criteria / Key Requirements: - · Minimum 10+ years of experience in Real Estate leasing, including significant experience as a Leasing Director or in senior management role. · Mandatory experience in the GCC market, with Qatar market experience is preferred. · Proven exposure in managing leasing operations for Residential (Villas & Apartments) and Commercial properties (Retail Shops, Street Shops, Office Units etc.). · Strong expertise in end-to-end lease negotiations, tenant retention and revenue maximization. · Proven ability to manage broker networks, develop leasing strategies and achieve occupancy and revenue targets. · Strong leadership experience in managing leasing teams and driving business performance. · Knowledge of local real estate market trends, leasing regulations and tenant management practices. Ø Skills & Competencies: · Strong leadership, analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English. · Strong organizational skills with the ability to analyze leasing performance and prepare management reports. · Effective decision-making and stakeholder management skills to support business objectives. Ø Other Training: Proficiency in Property Management Software (Advantage), MS Office, reporting tools and presentation skills. Candidates currently residing in Qatar or other GCC countries are open to apply, provided they have mandatory GCC real estate leasing experience. Qatar experience will be an added advantage.
