Technical Director, Contamination Control

Saudi BioClean is a contamination-control and environmental hygiene company in its establishment phase in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an experienced GxP professional to help build our technical foundation, with the potential to become our Technical Director / Head of Contamination Control. This is not an existing department to manage. It is the chance to define how a specialist operation works from day one. What you would lead: • Writing the procedures that govern cleaning, disinfection and decontamination of critical areas • Designing the environmental monitoring and verification approach • Building the training and competency framework for our technical team • Leading the first technical engagements on site once services launch Who we would like to hear from: • Senior professionals in sterility assurance, contamination control, environmental monitoring or cleanroom operations • Hands-on experience in GMP or GxP-regulated environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, cell and gene therapy, medical devices or hospital sterile services) • Experience writing SOPs and training others, and comfort with regulatory audits • Interest in working in Saudi Arabia; Arabic is an advantage, not a requirement Where we are: We are a founder-led startup.
