Key Requirements Proven experience in Telesales or Sales. Previous experience leading and managing a telesales or sales team is required. Strong English communication skills. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs. Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to motivate team members, improve performance, and drive results. Real estate or international sales experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate telesales agents to achieve individual and team targets. Monitor daily performance, KPIs, conversion rates, and overall productivity. Provide ongoing coaching on objection handling, sales techniques, and closing strategies. Oversee lead management, follow-ups, and sales pipeline performance.
