Finance Manager (مدير مالي) | Steel Manufacturing | Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaWe are a new, large-scale steel manufacturing company in Jeddah, and production starts around January. We are looking for a Finance Manager who can build and run our finance function from the ground up.ResponsibilitiesSet up the finance function: chart of accounts, ERP configuration, policies, approval matrix, and internal controls Lead the finance department Lead cost accounting Prepare budgets and forecasts and manage cash flow and working capital Track capex and project costs through to plant start-up Manage relationships with banks, auditors, suppliers, and government bodies Ensure compliance with IFRS and ZATCA requirements (VAT, e-invoicing, withholding tax, and zakat) Deliver accurate monthly management reports and KPIs to the CEO and leadership team Lead, develop, and coordinate the accounting team (AR, AP, costing, treasury) Develop team skills and automate processes. RequirementsMaster’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or related field 8-10 years of finance experience in the manufacturing industry Fluent English, spoken and written along with arabic. Hands-on ERP experience (SAP) Experience leading a finance team Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate Previous Start Up Experience Steel, metals, or heavy industry background Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, SOCPA, ACCA, or CA Knowledge of Saudi VAT, zakat, and customs Arabic language skills What we are looking for in you: are accurate, highly organized, and a confident communicator.
