Role Description The Buildings Paints Specialist and Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Shuwaikh. The specialist will advise customers on suitable building paints and related products, explaining technical specifications, application methods, and product benefits to support informed purchasing decisions. Daily responsibilities include greeting and assisting walk-in clients, handling phone inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with the warehouse team for stock availability. The role also involves maintaining product displays, staying updated on new paint technologies and brands, and supporting promotional activities to increase sales. The specialist will work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets, provide consistent customer service, and ensure an organized, professional showroom environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, understand their needs, and provide clear product guidance. Candidates should possess solid Sales and Phone Etiquette skills to manage inquiries, follow up with clients, and support closing sales in a professional manner. Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Paint products and building materials, including basic understanding of applications, surfaces, and environmental conditions. Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers, orders, and product inquiries efficiently. Relevant experience in building materials, hardware, or paints sales is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Shuwaikh, including extended hours or weekends if required by business needs. Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in construction or related fields is a plus.
