Telesales Agent – Healthcare Background - Arabic Account

Role Description: This full-time, on-site Telesales Agent – Arabic Account role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Telesales Agent will handle outbound and inbound calls to promote clinic services, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed appointments. Daily responsibilities include explaining service offerings in Arabic, providing accurate information on pricing and promotions, and following up with potential and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities. The role also involves documenting call outcomes in the CRM system, meeting individual and team sales targets, and collaborating with colleagues to improve scripts and call strategies. The Telesales Agent is expected to maintain a professional, empathetic approach, ensure high-quality customer interactions, and support continuous improvement of telesales processes. Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal expression in Arabic and basic written communication for documentation. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to convert leads, negotiate, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
