About The Manager The Manager is a software company based in Rafidia, Nablus, Palestine. We sell ready-made business systems on simple monthly subscriptions: POS for shops and cafés, ERP for companies and real-estate offices, and websites. We also build custom software on request, and we stay with our clients after launch. The role We’re looking for Sales Promoters to introduce our systems to business owners in your country and bring us new subscribers. You’ll work remotely and on your own schedule, and you’ll be paid commission on every subscription you close. Our products are easy to sell: a free demo, a free trial and low monthly prices. What you’ll do Reach out to shop owners, restaurants, clinics, offices and companies by phone, WhatsApp and social media Introduce our POS, ERP and website offers in simple words Book demos for our team, or run short online demos yourself after training Follow up with leads until they subscribe Keep a simple record of your leads and deals Share client feedback with our team What we’re looking for Experience in sales, promotion or customer outreach (any industry) Strong communication and persuasion skills Native or fluent Arabic (Turkish is a plus for Türkiye) Comfortable with WhatsApp, calls and online meetings Self-motivated and organised, with a reliable internet connection Living in the country you apply for Nice to have Experience selling software, POS, ERP or accounting systems A network of shop owners, clinics or companies What we offer Commission rate on every subscription you close Full product training before you start Free demo, free trial and low monthly prices to help you sell Flexible remote work with no fixed hours Marketing material and sales support from our team How to apply Apply through LinkedIn with your CV and a short note about your sales experience.
