Manage walk in clients, queuing system and marketing materials in the branch
Promote and educate clients on e-banking services (I-Net, ATMs, digital systems , Website)
Orient clients about required service unit
Fulfil opportunities to cross sell bank products and services to existing clients and referrals
Handle quick clients’ requests, activities, and complaints & escalate as appropriate.
Support clients in filling documents / applications
Handling branch custodies.
Verify clients signatures
Qualifications:
Fresh Graduates or a 1-year experience in a relevant job.
Bachelor’s degree with minimum grade Good.
Fluent English Language.
Good Communication Skills
