* **Systems Exposure:** Strong working knowledge of business systems, IT controls, and process flows.
* **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex fieldwork into concise, actionable findings for management.
* **Location:** Must currently reside in the UAE.

---
### **Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)**
* Hands-on experience with SAP (controls reviews, user access, segregation of duties, or system implementation/migrations).
* Experience conducting multi-country or international audits and site visits.
* Industry experience in oilfield services, upstream energy, or industrial manufacturing.
* Professional accounting or audit qualification (CPA, CIA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) completed or actively in progress.
* Exposure to FCPA, anti-bribery regulations, and third-party risk management frameworks.
---
### **Success Metrics for the Role**
