Role Description The Real Estate Investment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region. The specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending real estate investment opportunities that align with the hospital’s long-term strategic and financial objectives. Daily activities include market and financial analysis, performing due diligence on potential acquisitions or disposals, and preparing investment proposals, models, and reports for leadership review. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners, including advisors, regulators, and property managers, to support transaction execution and portfolio performance monitoring. The specialist also assists in developing real estate investment strategies, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and local regulations, and supporting ongoing optimization of the hospital’s real estate assets. Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, market trends, and investment scenarios. Experience in investments and real estate investment, including portfolio analysis and deal structuring. Knowledge of real estate markets and assets, with practical experience in real estate valuation and asset management. Proficiency in due diligence processes, including legal, financial, and operational reviews of properties and projects. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CAIA, real estate designation) is an advantage. Strong skills in financial modeling and use of spreadsheets or specialized investment analysis tools. Ability to communicate complex information clearly in written reports and presentations to senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary, culturally diverse environment.
