The team has built a working product running on the edge with paying clients across Jordan and the UAE, maintaining a clear focus on food production environments including restaurants, bakeries, central kitchens, and food factories. Your role As an Artificial Intelligence Intern on a 3-month contract at 40 hours per week, you will work on our core AI systems and camera analytics platform. This hybrid role based in Irbid, Jordan involves developing and refining computer vision models that help food production businesses optimize their daily operations. Requirements Background in computer vision, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related technical field. Practical experience with machine learning frameworks and Python. Strong interest in edge computing and real-world AI applications. Ability to collaborate effectively within a small, agile team environment. Your first months at Arabian Agile Professionals In your first months, you will have taken on existing computer vision pipelines, trained models on operational camera feeds, and helped deploy updates to edge devices for our clients in the food production sector. You will have learned our deployment architecture and shipped improvements that directly assist restaurants and bakeries in identifying productivity losses.
