Operate and monitor the processing unit CFT using UHT technologies to ensure efficient workflow, while maintaining product quality and safety in accordance with established standards
Duties & Responsibilities:Operate and monitor the processing unit (pasteurization, UHT, mixing, cooling).
Operate CFT for UHT for Processing and sterilizing the product and adjust technical parameters.
Execute CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilization procedures.
Inspect equipment and ensure proper functioning and product safety.
Handle minor faults and report major issues to maintenance.
Record operational and production data accurately.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production teams for smooth operations.
Comply with health, safety, and quality protocols.
Requirements
Experience: 3 years
Education: diploma in mechanical engineering
Skills: cgmp manufacturing, food manufacturing, milk processing, daily operations, cgmp practices, quality control procedures
