Role Description This full-time, on-site Obstetrics and Gynecologist role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The professional in this position will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal services, as well as routine women’s health examinations. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and treating gynecologic and obstetric conditions, performing relevant surgical procedures, and managing labor and delivery while ensuring patient safety and well-being. The role also involves interpreting diagnostic tests, maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and counseling patients on reproductive health, family planning, and preventive care. Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine with proven clinical experience in women’s health. Demonstrated expertise in Gynecology and Obstetrics, including routine and high-risk case management. Proficiency in Surgery with specific skills in Gynecologic Surgery and obstetric surgical interventions. Valid medical license to practice in the United Arab Emirates or eligibility to obtain one. Board certification or equivalent qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Excellent diagnostic, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced clinical environments. Strong communication skills with a patient-centered approach and commitment to ethical, evidence-based care. Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary setting. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
